What I design is everything the customer sees: product pages, a smooth checkout, and a catalogue that stays easy to manage.

What happens after your site goes live
On a monthly plan I host and look after the site, and changes carry on every month: send a message and it is done. On a Wix build, you get the logins, domain and site in accounts registered to you, plus 30 days of fixes and tweaks.
Either way, I connect Google's free tools so you can see how many people find you, and tell Google the site is live so it starts showing up straight away.

The decision
Template or custom build?
Both are legitimate. A template launches in days if you build it yourself; a custom build can be live in as little as two weeks, from £800 outright or £100 a month on a 12-month plan. Which is right depends on how competitive your market is.
Why a Wix Legend Partner
Wix builds from a Legend Partner
Legend is the top of the four levels in Wix's own partner programme, reached by launching client sites on paid Wix plans and holding Wix certifications. Hire a generalist agency that "also does Wix" and you get someone learning the platform on your project; hire a Legend Partner and you get someone who has already solved the problem you are about to hit.

The decision
Wix Studio or WordPress?
My outright builds are on Wix, so read this knowing that. It still says where WordPress wins, because sending someone to the wrong platform costs more than the job is worth. Three things go to WordPress below.
For a business site of up to about forty pages, Wix Studio usually costs less over five years and goes wrong less often. Need unusual functionality, or does portability matter more than running cost? Hire a WordPress agency - I will tell you which you are at the first conversation, at no charge.
Wix Rescue
Already have a Wix site that needs fixing?
Designer gone quiet, site broken or never finished? I take a free look, then give you a fixed quote for the job before any work starts. Takeovers, fixes and ongoing care, whoever built it.
How many revisions do I get?+
Unlimited during the design phase. I keep iterating until you are happy with the direction before anything is built out across the site.
Will it work properly on mobile?+
Yes, and it is tested on desktop, tablet and mobile before launch, whichever route you choose.
Do I edit the site myself?+
That is the deciding question. If you want to, a Wix site bought outright is fully editable by you. If you would rather it was done for you, a monthly plan built on Astro includes up to 1 hour (Standard) or 2 hours (Performance) of small changes a month, done within 2 working days.
Is branding included?+
Designing to your existing brand is always included. Creating or refreshing a logo and identity is scoped into the fixed quote at the start, never added as a surprise later.
Can you take over an existing Wix site?+
Yes. I take ownership and redesign, update or manage it ongoing. If yours was left unfinished by someone else, Wix Rescue is built for exactly that.
Do you build accessible websites?+
On every project. I aim for WCAG 2.1 AA as standard, covering contrast, keyboard operation and screen reader support, tested before launch rather than sold as an extra.
Can you build an online store?+

What does "Wix Legend Partner" mean?+
It is the top of the four levels in Wix's own partner programme (Pioneer, Creator, Icon and Legend). Partners reach it by launching client sites on paid Wix plans and holding Wix certifications, so it reflects a track record of delivered work.
Can you build custom functionality Wix doesn't offer?+
Yes, using Wix Velo, Wix's own code layer, for custom forms, logic and integrations beyond standard Wix features. For anything beyond that, a client portal, a booking system with unusual rules, custom software, see custom solutions instead.
Is Wix Studio or WordPress the better choice?+
Neither, for everyone. For a business site of up to roughly forty pages that needs to look good, load fast and be edited by the owner, Wix Studio usually wins on total cost and on how little goes wrong later. For unusual data, heavy integration, or genuinely needing to move the whole site between hosts one day, WordPress is the better answer and I will say so.
